What is this well-dressed man-bear doing here?

Hey!

With the completion of Evergreen; The Movie, I'm shifting gears. I'll be taking some time off from Evergreen so I can reevaluate the strip and decide what direction it's going to go in.

While I'm doing that I'll also be co-writing new episodes of Weirdlings with Colton McBryer. My run, which focuses on Paul (the bear-ish fellow above) starts today, with new installments every M-W-F. Veteran Weirdlings artist Barry Linck, creator of Phineus: Magician For Hire, is handling the art and I'm excited to see what he comes up with during my run.

So check out Weirdlings and look for the return of Evergreen coming soon.

#112 Evergreen: The Movie (Page 11)

Hope everyone enjoys the Memorial Day holiday. I'm flying solo this weekend, so hopefully I'll have time to get more work done.

#109 Evergreen: The Movie (Page 8)

Finally! The triumphant return of Evergreen: The Movie.
I know, I know, I've been waaaaay overdue in updating the strip. I could go on and make excuses about work, sickness, life in general, but really, who gives a crap? Just read and (hopefully) enjoy.

Pardon the interruption...

I know it's been quite some time since I updated the comic, but I've been spending pretty much all of April getting ready for the Pittsburgh Comicon which is happening this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'll be in Artist Alley promoting Evergreen along with my other comic book endeavor, Dead Love, which will probably find it's way online in the near future.

My fellow Strumhaus-ers, Brian, Wayne and Scott, will be there as well as Phineus: Magician for Hire's creator Barry Linck for a special Saturday only appearance. Byron Winton who does A Study in Horror and Misery will be in attendance under his alter-ego, Urbanite By Design.

Regular updates will resume after May 1st.

#101 Giant-Size Evergreen - Cover

At the urging of my comic book pals, I'm finally getting around to posting the big budget action-packed Evergreen story that I did for the 2007 24 Hour Comic Day. Funny thing is, I actually miscounted my pages during the wee hours and only ended up with a 22 page comic rather than a 24 page one. The cover is new though, not part of the original work done last year.

#82 Mele Kalikimaka and Hau’oli Makahiki Hou!

I know the holidays are over, but I was in Hawaii from Christmas Eve until New Year's Day and I'm still getting caught up with things.
